Healthy food delivery "Liv"

Еда просто замечательная! Порции внушительные! Рекомендую всем без сомнений.

Эта доставка действительно заслуживает отметки «здоровая еда». Мне сейчас нужно придерживаться диеты по медицинским показаниям, и, хотя она не слишком строгая, оказывается, что большинство мест с такой маркировкой в меню предлагают жареные и жирные блюда с кучей соусов. Но здесь всё иначе.

Особенно порадовала возможность самому собрать боул, выбрав из множества ингредиентов, подходящих для здорового рациона. Единственное, что не подошло — брюссельская капуста в маринаде, но я легко убрала её из блюда. Остальные продукты были свежими и вкусными. Без жарки в масле, жирных сыров и соусов еда оказалась невероятно вкусной. Креветки обжарили без масла, и это получилось отлично.

Рекомендую добавить моцареллу и яблоки в свои боулы — это очень вкусно. Хотелось бы, чтобы работали дольше, возможно до 23:00. Большое спасибо за отличную работу! С удовольствием снова закажу еду, когда приеду в Тбилиси.

Fresh ingredients make every bowl a delight! They're satisfying, delicious, and having the macronutrient details is a huge plus for those watching their diet. Tried the honey roasted chicken and the harvest bowl; both were extremely tasty. Thank you!

The ingredients are really fresh, and the rice, lentils, chickpeas, and falafel are cooked perfectly. They were a bit stingy with the sun-dried tomatoes, though. The cashew dressing was thicker than I like, but it had an amazing flavor, kind of like tamari or liquid aminos. It’s not quite a dressing. High-quality ingredients and well-made falafel.

This used to be my go-to delivery in Tbilisi, but lately, it's not as good as it used to be. They've started using more cheap ingredients like bread and beets, while reducing the amount of quality ones like chicken and avocado. The avocado is now all mushy instead of being sliced thinly as before. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered through Bolt Food the chicken sandwich platter (taouk) with hummus and mhammara, plus extra hummus, tabouleh, and baba ghanouj. The flavors were spot on, just like authentic Lebanese cuisine. Perfect execution! (Though a note to the chef: one of the hummus containers was oddly oversalted but still enjoyable.)

I tried their food once, and wow, it was amazing. I'm definitely going back for more! Highly recommended. Everything was delicious, fresh, and healthy!

I'm a big fan of this place! I've ordered a custom salad delivered four times, and each experience has been wonderful. The salads are always super fresh, colorful, and healthy. It's the best salad I've had in Tbilisi so far!

Я попробовал салат, и он был намного лучше предыдущего — настоящий вкусный и свежий. Фалафель удивил, он напомнил те, которые я ел в Ливане. Немного крупноват, но вкус отличный. Было бы неплохо добавить возможность выбора специи. Хумус тоже понравился — видно, что приготовлен с любовью, и на вкус — идеальный хумус. Очень приятно, что после моего замечания связались, извинились, вернули деньги и отправили новый заказ. Совсем не ожидал возврата, это было приятно. Рекомендую всем, как местным, так и иностранцам!

Tasty and healthy, a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, I keep going back, so it's definitely worth it. Yum yum yum.
