Dental clinic of Ia Osadze "Dentor"

I'm truly disappointed with my experience here. After spending 8 months with braces and hearing promises for changes at each visit, there was no real progress. I felt I lacked the necessary care and attention – more like just another scheduled appointment. As a result, I'm now forced to start my treatment somewhere else. While the clinic shows they value feedback, as evidenced by a call I received from Ia, I still can't recommend their orthodontic services. However, their other offerings seem to be quite good.

Ортодонт здесь ведет приемы по 15 минут, хотя явно требуется час. Такое впечатление, что главное — больше клиентов, больше заработка. Качество, к сожалению, страдает. Если все-таки решитесь сюда пойти, советую обращаться только к Ие. Клиника связалась со мной для уточнения подробностей о работе ортодонта, надеюсь, что они предпримут меры.

The prices are reasonable, but the doctors are too busy to be friendly or to pay attention to my pain or comfort.

Посещали клинику много раз, всегда было все в порядке. Когда осталась чувствительность у зуба, сверху бесплатно наложили пломбу. Главное, чтобы врачу четко объяснить проблему, лучше на этом этапе потратить немного больше времени.

Был на осмотре в этой клинике, и мне сказали, что у меня тёмные пятна на зубах. Поставили диагноз — четыре кариеса, два из которых якобы серьёзные и требуют анестезии. Я насторожился и пошёл за вторым мнением в другую клинику. Там объяснили, что хотя у меня действительно есть тёмные пятна, это из-за минерализации, а не кариес. Никакого лечения не понадобилось. Рад, что решился на второе мнение — так избежал ненужного лечения и стресса. Будьте осторожны при посещении этой клиники!

I have been to this dental clinic a few times and I'm really satisfied with the outcomes. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making each visit pleasant. The place is new and comfortable. I especially want to mention the doctors Ia Osadze and Sopio Bandzava. They are professionals who work with great care and attention to detail. Обязательно ставят коффердам, есть специальный силиконовый держатель для рта — так легче держать рот открытым и нет боли.
