ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესო კომპანიაა საქართველოში. დიდი ხანია არ მიმხმარია მათი სერვისით და ბოლოჯერ მიღებული მომსახურება ძალიან დამაკმაყოფილებელია. გზავნილი ამერიკიდან 4 დღეში ჩამოვიდა!!! თავიდან არ დავიჯერე, მაგრამ ფაქტია. ტრანსპორტირების ფული და საშემოსავლო წინასწარ გადავიხადე და როცა ამანათის წამოსაღებად მივედი, დეკლარაცია დაბეჭდილი დამხვდა. პრაქტიკულად, მინიმალური დრო დამჭირდა ამანათის მისაღებად. რეცეფციაში მომსახურე პერსონალი ძალიან თავაზიანი და მომღიმარე ახალგაზრდები არიან. ასევე, დიდ მადლობას ვუხდი ქოლ-ცენტრის თანამშრომლებს, ორ ნინოს და მაიას, მათი ყურადღება და ამომწურავი პასუხები საოცარია! დიდი მადლობა კომპანიის მშვენიერ კოლექტივს. გისურვებთ წარმატებებს და დიდi მწერვალების დაპყრობას თქვენს საქმიანობაში.

Working with them is an absolute nightmare. Ordering anything is so unnecessarily complicated. They've lost my parcel for the second time in just a few months, and they did not refund me, even though I had proof of delivery to their address in the US. Do not order through them.

On December 13th, my package with new year presents was sent from the US and it didn't make it for New Year's. Never using this delivery service again. 🤮🤮🤮

I've used this service a lot and spent around 2500 GEL on deliveries. There have been various situations, and usually, I could sort things out with support, but not today. I get that jobs come with challenges, but it's unacceptable when an employee gets personal, pointing out your nationality and asking about your language and home. When they can't clarify something or refer to any rules, they just blame you for not knowing their rules, which seem impossible to find. They trap you in a cycle: you can't request a parcel return if you don’t agree with their cost calculation, and you discover the cost only when they already have the parcel. So, you're stuck either overpaying for delivery or coughing up 15 € to get your parcel back to the courier. I've made 99 deliveries, and for my 100th, they shouted at me, claiming I'm not at home to understand how things work. But I was home, lying on my bed 😂. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO INTERACT IN A PARTICULAR LANGUAGE, THEN DON'T CREATE A SITE AND APP IN IT!

For more than six months, I've been relying on their services for my Amazon orders. The delivery is consistently fast and affordable.

Ужасное обслуживание, сотрудник не говорит по-английски, невозможно объясниться и понять, что нужно делать. Из-за плохих объяснений неправильно отправили деньги на оплату налога. Ожидание долгое, посылки просто заклеены скотчем.

They misplaced my parcel and won't offer any reimbursement. They mentioned that the package's whereabouts are "unknown."

Consider choosing a different company. They're unprofessional and lack competence.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Service is quick and everything arrives on time.

Без разрешения взяли и переупаковали мой товар, уничтожив внутреннюю коробку. Утверждают, что никогда так не поступают, хотя видно, что стикер изначально наклеивали на другой материал, и теперь его вырезали и прикрепили скотчем. Ничего важного этим сервисом никогда не отправлять!

Не рекомендую обращаться в эту компанию. За доставку посылки с одеждой из Германии весом всего 0,7 кг пришлось заплатить 88 лари!

Товар, конечно, доставили, но на этом все плюсы закончились. Работник международной компании не говорит по-английски вообще. Пришел забрать товар, а тут выясняется, что он превысил лимит, и нужно оплатить пошлину. Ладно, но ждал в отделении целый час непонятно чего. За это просят 5 лари, а на сайте об этом ни слова. Потом дают документы на уплату пошлины, а она теперь еще и 20 лари, о чем на сайте тоже ничего нет. Нужно сфотографировать все, отправить им на почту и снова ждать. Весь процесс занял полтора часа! После этого Почта России кажется образцом скорости.

Товары из-за границы привозят. Я доволен!

Из-за задержки с посылкой пришлось заплатить налог.

Handling customs fees with this so-called INTERNATIONAL shipping company is an absolute nightmare. They fail to provide even the basic service of sending an email with VAT payment details, especially when it's urgent. It's infuriating to spend hours on something that should be simple. Sure, deliveries eventually happen, but dealing with them is a major hassle.

Parking can be a bit tricky. It's a pleasant spot, and you can conveniently pay for your purchases with a card.

Absolute worst experience ever.

I used this delivery service twice for orders from amazon.de and amazon.com, and both times were disastrous. First, their website misleads about 'Dimensional Weight', claiming there are no charges, but they do charge! My German shipment cost more to ship than the item itself (39.99 Euro). Second time, they failed to address an import tax issue for over a week after crucial items arrived in Georgia. They delayed more by telling me to get a special tax code, different from my ID number, and then refused to accept a TBC Bank PDF as payment proof. They added items on the customs declaration that didn't need duty, making me overpay the Revenue Service by about 100 GEL. My amazon.com order, worth about 1,200 GEL, is still undelivered. I'm starting to think this company’s real goal is to frustrate customers with deception, extra charges, and delays so that they abandon their paid items. At this point, all I can consider is legal action. Avoid this company at all costs!
