    Консультанты в магазине абсолютно непрофессиональны. Они даже не считают нужным кратко объяснить, что за продукт перед тобой. Захожу, чтобы выбрать подарок. Спрашиваю консультанта, из чего состоит подарочный набор. В ответ получаю вопрос: "А по какой цене интересует?" Для меня главное было содержание, а не стоимость. В ответ консультант просто перечислил цены и ушёл. Стою и чувствую на себе его недовольный взгляд, будто я ему что-то должна. Долго разбиралась самостоятельно, чувствуя на себе его тяжёлое внимание. В итоге так и не поняла, что именно в наборе, и ушла ни с чем. В нормальном магазине, даже если покупатель ничего не собирается приобретать, отношения должны быть другие.

    Great products and good prices. However, the customer service was absolutely terrible! One of the staff members was downright rude. None of the employees smiled at all. It was an incredibly depressing and uncomfortable shopping experience.
