    Terrible experience. The staff follows you around, constantly reminding you not to open products, yet there are no testers available. I felt so uneasy because a consultant kept staring at every item I picked up.

    Замечательное место. Персонал говорит по-английски, а некоторые ещё и по-русски. Здесь можно найти краски эстель и оллин в полном ассортименте. Продаются оксиды на развес. Я всегда покупаю всё необходимое именно здесь.

    An unfortunate experience marked by dreadful service and inflated prices. During my visit, the staff was rude, making the environment feel cold and uninviting. On top of that, the prices were outrageously high, much more than you'd pay elsewhere. Sadly, the value just wasn't there. I have no intention of returning and would advise others to stay away as well. If I could give zero stars, I would.

    Ужасное место для посещения. Совершенно непрофессионально и неприятно. Был там дважды, и история всегда одна и та же. Очень плохое обслуживание, грубые сотрудники. Даже не хочется говорить о ценах. Некоторые товары для ухода за волосами сильно переоценены, приходится платить вдвое больше их реальной стоимости. Купила шампуни и маски, спустя 15 минут поняла, что выбрала не то, вернулась, чтобы поменять, но так как платила иностранной картой, отказали в возврате денег. "Менеджер" заявил, что не могут вернуть деньги на карту или отдать сумму наличными. Смешно просто! А если бы они ошибочно сняли больше, чем нужно? Что тогда? Тоже не вернули бы деньги? Ужасное обслуживание, поставила бы -0 звёзд, если бы могла! Никогда туда не приду.
