Зашёл купить подарок сестре на день рождения. Меня там полностью проигнорировал оператор, даже не удосужился нормально ответить на вопрос, просто смотрел косо. Убедитесь, что вы подходите для этой работы! После этого пошёл в салон на Марджанишвили, купил Libre Intense 90 мл. Там обслуживание было на высоте: вежливые и доброжелательные сотрудники, подарочную упаковку быстро оформили, остался доволен.

The store itself is quite nice, but one consultant's disgusted look when asked about natural cosmetics was very disappointing. Instead of buying a perfume, I ended up with facial care products, which were hard to find as they were placed behind an advertising banner. I don't get why they would block the display like that. Not sure if I'll visit again. The attitude towards non-Georgian speakers could use some improvement.

The service is terrible. I buy perfume and cosmetics from this store every week. They never give any gifts or testers. Yesterday, I bought Dior highlighter and foundation, spending almost 350 lari — no discount as usual. The seller didn't offer a tester or gift, and when I asked, he rudely said they didn't have any. I shop here every week, but it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't go there; you'll just spend money and get no friendly service or tester gifts. 👎👎👎👎👎

The staff is the worst I've ever encountered in any store. I've visited two different locations, and it’s always the same story: they’re rude and don’t even bother to say hello. Today, at the city mall location, a long-haired, blonde girl almost started yelling; her tone was incredibly loud. They all should be fired. They're so unprofessional. I've received better service at McDonald's.

Очень жаль, что обслуживание не соответствует качеству парфюмерии. Почти все положительные впечатления испорчены. Консультантка неотступно следует за вами в полной тишине, что затрудняет спокойное изучение ароматов из вашего списка. Получить удовольствие от выбора сложно. Кроме того, если вы зададите вопрос, вас может встретить крайне нелюбезное отношение старшей продавщицы, как будто вы в долгу перед ней. Ожидайте закатывания глаз, грубые выражения лица и игнорирование. Не рекомендую тем, кто рассчитывает на помощь в выборе аромата — будете разочарованы, да и заплатить придется. Лучше прийти, если вы четко знаете, что ищете, и минимизировать общение с персоналом. А когда я сделал покупку, мне не дали ни одного пробника и даже не улыбнулись. Возможно, директору стоит обратить внимание на отзывы? Возвращаться желания нет.

I purchased a Clinique product at the Sabartalo mall shop today. When I got home, I found that the bottle was already open, and about a third of it was gone. I wanted the full product, and now I'm concerned about contamination since someone else had touched it. This is incredibly unsanitary. Back in America, where I'm from, Clinique products are always sealed for customer protection. Though I received a discount, I was unaware that the item was missing a substantial amount. I thought it was just a sale price, not because it was opened. The sales staff should have informed me of this, but they didn't. I no longer trust this store for quality or honesty.

Цены просто заоблачные, накрутка на товар кажется невероятной — процентов 200. Столько просят за одни духи, что за эти деньги могу всю косметику себе позволить.

Покупаю парфуми тут вже вдруге, але консультанти не кладуть пробники, кажуть, що їх немає. В інших мережевих магазинах завжди додають маленькі подарунки до покупки.

Цены просто заоблачные! Сегодня оставила 726 лари на косметику, пришла домой, пересчитала на рубли и сравнила с нормальными магазинами, как "Сефора" и "Золотое яблоко" — просто ужаснулась! Переплатила примерно 50%! И за такую сумму ни пробников, ни скидок мне не дали! Магазин отвратительный!
