    Дорога к месту оставляет желать лучшего. На подъезде и выезде постоянные пробки и беспорядок. Для проведения концертов и мероприятий площадка неплохая, но соотношение цены и качества пока не радует. Однако, есть надежда, что ситуация улучшится.
