Terrible service and far too expensive! I took my Zenbook UX32LN, and the technician didn’t mention that the BIOS needed to be reflashed. The Windows serial number got erased, but luckily, I retrieved it via my Microsoft account. After the repair, the display cable started acting up. The screen shows lines and freezes when the lid angle changes. The technician refused to fix the issue he created. He didn’t even bother to check the correct BIOS version and flashed the wrong one. Now my discrete graphics card doesn’t work. This place is seriously lacking in competence.

Mr. Levan initially fixed the thermopasting, but when the problem recurred, he thoroughly checked the cooling system, found the issue, explained it to me, and repaired it in less than 10 minutes. He also kindly refused to take extra payment, even though I had to return the same day, which meant additional work for him. The place is small but excellent, and they truly know what they are doing and do it well.
