The service was friendly, but not impressive. The seller discouraged me from getting my device repaired, telling me it would be "too expensive and take too long." She made the decision for me instead of simply providing the cost breakdown for each part and the overall repair. I didn't feel like pleading for my device to be accepted. It would have been better if she had just given me the details so I could decide on my own.
