Tsvari Roasters is a coffee shop and roaster in Tbilisi that opened in late 2025 and quickly became a prominent fixture on the city's coffee map. The space is designed in the spirit of Scandinavian minimalism: light wood, concrete floors, soft pink accents—nothing superfluous, everything focused on coffee.
The main feature is their own roasting facility on-site and a state-of-the-art Sanremo espresso machine. The selection is regularly updated, featuring various single-origin varieties and batches from Ukrainian roasters Mad Heads. Baristas select the brewing method for each bean and are happy to share the flavor profiles.
The coffee shop is located next to the Ninoshvili Bazaar cultural space and has already received positive reviews for its relaxed atmosphere and "proper espresso."
