I've enjoyed the pizza here twice, trying both the bacon and four cheese varieties. The chef deserves a raise for crafting such delicious pizzas; the ingredients are perfectly balanced, and the baking is just right. For the price, it’s hard to find a pizza with a better taste and portion size like this, especially compared to what Wendy’s offers these days. The atmosphere is great, with a clean and tidy interior. The staff is outstanding and attentive. The location is convenient, with paid street parking available, and if you’re lucky, you might find a spot in the inner yard. Definitely worth a visit.

When I tried to scan my card, they offered various excuses — no scanners available, scanners present but broken, or simply not knowing how to use them. It was quite frustrating. However, two months later, things improved significantly. The quality control team from Wendy's & Dunkin' contacted me after my review, conducted a thorough investigation, and within a month, I noticed a positive change. Almost every employee is now knowledgeable about the loyalty system. This is exactly how a business should function! Thank you!

Every week, I end up at this place near my home. It's frustratingly slow, and the staff seems indifferent. They never greet or smile. Even with a line of ten orders, you'll find employees outside smoking and chatting with friends. Plus, even when the place closes after midnight, there's loud music from the second floor. It's clearly the staff partying every week. The service is poor, orders take forever, and they don't care about customers. They often mess up orders, too.

There are three staff members, yet it takes 30 minutes to get a coffee. The service is terrible. You have to keep an eye on all of them to ensure they don't forget your order. The reason is simple—nobody cares about the customer. It feels like you're bothering everyone just by placing an order.
