The owner is Russian and shows clear racist behavior. Yesterday, there were three free tables outside the café, so I sat at one to enjoy a khachapuri I’d bought elsewhere. Just as I was finishing, the owner rushed over and told me in Russian that the place was his. I replied in fluent Russian, congratulating him and offered to buy a coffee. He refused, claiming his products were exclusive and that I didn’t meet the standards of his establishment. He even pointed me towards a Turkish restaurant across the street. He kept asserting ownership of the café and his selective clientele. I told him that neither the city nor the air of Tbilisi belong to him, or to me, even though I was born and raised here. I informed him that I would stay put until I finished my food. He retreated, visibly frustrated. After I finished the khachapuri, I left my napkins and cup on the table and walked away. Hopefully, this racist owner continues to face calm people like me.

Прекрасный кофе в центре старого города. Здесь можно насладиться отличным кофе уже с 8 утра, когда другие заведения открываются лишь в 10. Если вы любите начинать день с хорошего кофе и, возможно, сладкого угощения, обязательно загляните сюда. Заведение само закупает и обжаривает зерна, правда, не на месте, а в другом районе Тбилиси. Внутри уютно и комфортно, и видно, что здесь заботятся о деталях, даже в выборе кружек. Сам хозяин, который и занимается обжаркой, часто работает за стойкой. Он очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый человек.

الموظفون ودودون ويتحدثون الإنجليزية بطلاقة، والقهوة هنا تمتاز بالجودة العالية. طلبت إسبرسو، وكان رائعاً بالفعل وقام بتحسين مزاجي. يعرضون أيضاً تحضير الـ V60. أنصح به لمحبي القهوة.

Особенно понравился круассан с сыром и джемом, приготовленный прямо при мне. Правда, из кухни пока только сладкая выпечка. Небольшой недостаток — неудобное расположение мебели. В креслах спиной к залу не очень комфортно, но есть места в глубине, где, возможно, будет уютнее. Остальные сидячие места более простые. Радует, что нет привычной "винтажной" мебели, которая часто встречается.

Я уже успел попробовать много национальных блюд, но одно место по-настоящему поразило меня своей атмосферой и вкусом - "паб старый тбилиси". Это именно то место, где я смог окунуться в грузинскую культуру и насладиться лучшими традиционными блюдами и напитками. Отборное грузинское вино, сочные шашлыки, ароматные хачапури - здесь можно попробовать все!

Я уверен, что каждый турист, приехавший в Грузию, должен обязательно посетить "паб старый тбилиси". Не только ради вкусной еды, но и для того, чтобы почувствовать уникальную атмосферу и гостеприимство этой прекрасной страны.
