Terrible service! You end up waiting for the cashier and consultant for at least thirty minutes, and they are all incredibly rude! The service at this store on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi is unlike anything else in the world.

Ужасное обслуживание, просто антипродажи. Очень удивлена. Взяла восемь вещей для примерки, отстояла очередь. Девочки в примерочной сказали, что можно взять только три вещи. Информации об этом нигде нет. Ладно, говорю, куда мне повесить остальные товары, чтобы тоже их примерить? Никуда, ответили, они вернутся в зал. Но я же специально их выбрала и хочу примерить! Нельзя. Мы их повесим обратно. Придётся снова идти в зал, брать три вещи, стоять в очереди и только потом примерять. Это просто кошмар. Не тратьте своё время. Лучше идите в другой магазин.

Магазин сам по себе нормальный, стандартный для Zara. Но вот сотрудники... Я никогда не встречал таких неприветливых консультантов в Zara. Их недружелюбие и отсутствие улыбчивости настолько заметны, что невольно обращаешь на это внимание. Руководству стоит обратить на это внимание.

Прекрасное место... всем девушкам стоит там побывать.

This is the worst store I have ever been to, not just in Georgia but anywhere. The staff is rude, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. In the fitting rooms, there's no one to assist or help with sizes, and everything is chaotic. Clothes are scattered carelessly, and the staff handles them with no care at all. Getting any form of assistance feels impossible. It seems like no one wants to be there, neither the employees nor the customers. The management and training at this location need serious attention. It's a total disaster and doesn't reflect the brand at all.

Была два раза, и кассы работают очень медленно, даже когда почти нет покупателей. Вторую кассу никогда не открывают. Очередь игнорируют полностью.

Хаос в женской примерочной — очередь километровая. В мужской, на удивление, никого, но вещи всё равно не разрешили примерить. Просто сдалась и ушла, не понимаю смысл таких правил.

Poor selection.

The staff needs proper training in customer service. Everyone, from the attendants to the cashiers, has a rude attitude. This is the worst store I've ever visited.

Очень плохое обслуживание. Купили два детских комплекта и блузку, но заплатили больше, чем они стоили. Когда проверили чек, оказалось, что кассир и её коллега намеренно пробили лишний товар. Потом они сказали, что это ошибка. После повторной проверки мы обнаружили, что переплатили почти на 32 больше, чем должны были. Попросили компенсацию, но кассир убежала "проверять," явно стараясь тянуть время. В итоге я попросил вернуть все товары и деньги. Очень жаль, что такая ситуация случилась в их филиале в Грузии. Категорически не рекомендую покупать там что-либо или, по крайней мере, тщательно проверяйте чек перед уходом.

Great spot, we found exactly what we needed.

The store is large, with two floors dedicated to clothing. The lines for the fitting rooms are short and move quickly, even on weekends. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. The staff is very unpleasant and inattentive, unwilling to assist in finding sizes or providing help in general. Overall, the negative aspects outweigh the positives.

So elegant, found an absolutely stunning dress there.

The staff member asked me to leave the men's fitting room, saying I needed to try on clothes on a different floor. There were open stalls right there, though. It seemed unnecessary to wait in a line with 10 people when I could have tried the clothes without bothering anyone. I felt like I was bothering this particular employee. Was it because I spoke English? The service from this individual was disappointing, but the rest of the store was okay.

Мне понравилось разнообразие выбора вещей, но не впечатлило обслуживание. Ассортимент действительно интересный, можно найти что-то на любой вкус. Однако сотрудники не выглядели заинтересованными в помощи, и от них было сложно добиться внимания. Атмосфера в магазине в целом приятная, но хотелось бы больше внимания к клиентам.

This was the worst experience ever. The staff was incredibly rude and didn’t offer any help. When I asked the security about the fitting room, he gave a very unfriendly look. The worst part was seeing a young lady and a guy from the staff talking about me and my wife behind our backs and laughing as if making fun of us. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When we asked for help, they looked at us in a very rude way, almost like a racist attitude. I will never visit this place again.

The quality matches the US standard, and the style selection is impressive, showing an edge of East over West. Sales are very generous, and the online shopping process is straightforward, with returns accepted within a week. Now they offer options for resale, repair, and donation, embracing sustainability. I'm planning to visit their store in Tbilisi today to compare experiences. However, I hope that the reviews from Tbilisi aren’t reflective of their current reality. 😳 To be continued...

Extremely unwelcoming cashiers and staff. They don't even greet you at the checkout. You can't approach the fitting room to help a friend decide. I advise against visiting this place.
