Очень разочарована. Если бы можно было поставить отрицательную оценку, она была бы -10. Продавцы ужасные: и ленивые, и невежливые. За 20 минут до закрытия магазина начали торопить, не дают нормально примерить одежду. Если удаётся уговорить, чтобы примерить, через 5 минут начинают стучать в дверь примерочной. Вышла всего за 10 минут до закрытия с одной покупкой, но возвращаться сюда нет никакого желания. К тому же настроение испорчено окончательно. Ни приветствия, ни адекватного времени на выбор и примерку. Примеряла всего две пары шорт разных размеров, и это задолго до закрытия. Закрывающие документы — это задача продавцов и никак не должна мешать покупателям. Агрессивное поведение абсолютно недопустимо. Любая работа заслуживает уважения, но если они не могут выполнять свои обязанности нормально, нужно искать другую.

Similar to other international chains here, this place survives because people crave known quality products without the hassle of traveling. The customer service is appalling; the staff is indifferent and lacks basic knowledge. The product selection is minimal, and, as is common in Georgia, everything is much pricier than in the UK. It's truly frustrating.

ისთ ფოინთის ფილიალში მომსახურება კატასტროფულია! ახალგაზრდულ მენეჯერს არ შეეძლო ბოდიშის მოხდა მომხმარებელთან, ციტამინი მენეჯერისთვის ძალიან უხერხულია. როცა საყიდლებზე მიდიხარ, ღიმილით გხვდებიან, მაგრამ თუ ნივთის დაბრუნება გინდა, ზიზღიანობით გექცევიან. გიცდის ხანგრძლივ მოლოდინს, რადგან ბუღალტერს ელოდებიან. ქეშად დაბრუნებაზე დიდი პანიკა აქვთ. ბოლოს ბუღალტერსაც კი ბოდიშს უხდიან. გააუმჯობესეთ მომსახურება! ნუ ანგრევთ ბრენდის რეპუტაციას თქვენი ქცევით. ასეთი მიდგომა ერთგული კლიენტებს უკარგავთ!
