The staff can be pretty unfriendly: just before closing time, they randomly stop people from coming in, claiming they're already shut. I'm certain that's not true, as the store is still full of other shoppers. It seems like the employees are simply exhausted and not keen on handling more work.

Awesome selection of men's clothing. The fitting rooms were immediately available with no wait. The only minor downside was the limited space to move away from the counter after paying, but overall, it was an excellent experience.

В магазине полный отказ от сервиса. За кассой стояла очень низкая девушка, которая вела себя крайне грубо и строила недовольные гримасы. При мне женщина говорила с ней на русском, но даже переход на грузинский не изменил ситуации. Нельзя спокойно посещать места, где сотрудники даже не стараются создать приятную атмосферу. Отсутствие качественного обслуживания — это серьезная проблема. Руководству стоит организовать тренинги по сервису, чтобы персонал понял, за счет кого они получают зарплату. Продавцы — это лицо компании, и их общение напрямую влияет на прибыль бизнеса. Хорошее обслуживание — залог высокой прибыли.

I really like the products and shop here often, but the fitting rooms are always a letdown. They are dirty, dusty, and stuffy. My socks get dirty every time I use them. 🧹 It would be great if they could clean up at least once a day, please.
