Clothing store "ANOUKI"

Дизайн оставляет желать лучшего. Работы местных дизайнеров уже давно не впечатляют. Ассортимент очень ограниченный: всего пара вечерних платьев и несколько пиджаков. Качество пошива совсем не дотягивает до люкса.

Магазин выглядит очень эстетично. Особенно понравилась коллекция пиджаков и брюк, в частности, пиджаки. Их крой великолепен, а цвета спокойные и гармоничные. Также впечатлили белые вещи: платья и пиджаки. Есть много экстравагантных моделей, что может понравиться не всем, но это лишь добавляет разнообразия. Атмосфера в магазине уютная и приятная, а продавцы очень любезные. Удачное расположение. Правда, не совсем ясно, при чём тут посуда, но, видимо, это отголосок популярной в Грузии многонациональности. Немного больше внимания в социальных сетях точно не повредило бы.

Excellent selection of clothing and cosmetics. The quality is top-notch. However, the service could use some improvement in customer interaction. Overall, a highly recommended spot.

The shopping experience was dreadful. As a loyal customer, I expected more. Their hidden no-return policy caught me off guard. I purchased a dress on sale for an event, but it wasn’t suitable. When I tried to return it, they only offered an exchange. This led me to another dress that wasn’t on sale, much pricier. The new dress didn’t just feel uncomfortable; it also had a different color than expected and smelled bad. Their refusal to allow a return was rude. I even suggested a compromise for a refund on the price difference and a future purchase voucher, but they were dismissive and impolite. The manager was unhelpful, blaming me for missing the Georgian notice about the return policy. I believe that customers should be allowed to change their minds, especially with unused items. My attempt to discuss the situation with the owner was ignored after the manager stepped in. A truly disappointing experience with prices far too high for the quality. They charged 1200 GEL for the dress, which was excessive. I won’t return.
