No service whatsoever. Doors are shut at the beginning of the week and even during regular business hours. It seems like entry might be by appointment only. Absolutely terrible, and I wouldn't recommend going there.

This shop seems to cater to the elite. We specifically visited it for the Loro Piana brand, as it was the only place we found them in Tbilisi. When we arrived, the store was closed, but after a while, a woman approached us with an unpleasant tone, saying that the store wasn't open that week, even though we saw someone leave with a purchase just before. We weren't dressed in expensive clothes, perhaps that was why we weren't allowed in (do they not let in regular people in regular clothes?😂). Very poor attitude towards potential customers. For a store of this level, it's unforgivable.

Ужасный сервис. Сомневаюсь в подлинности их брендов. Рабочие часы указаны неверно, магазин закрыт, когда должен быть открыт. Возлагали на них надежды перед важным событием. В пятницу в 13:00 женщина возле двери отказалась открыть, хотя они обещали работать с 11:00 до 19:00. Хамства на таком уровне не встречала. Закрываются, когда захотят. Заказали костюм, сняли мерки — а они продали его без нашего ведома.
