The cleaning service was terrible! My wife, who has partial sight, clearly instructed on what needed cleaning. They agreed to work for 4 hours. After 4 hours, we returned to find nothing was done! The areas that needed cleaning were still dirty, and the cleaning woman lied about cleaning the floors, which were clearly unclean—I confirmed this with a white paper towel. We gave her an extra 2 hours to clean the kitchen and bathroom as initially requested. After those 2 hours, she had only managed the bathroom windows, floor, and the gas-stove surface (not the inside). We wasted 6 hours. Our day's plans were ruined. The company's customer service was no help. They demanded payment for at least 4 hours despite not accomplishing our requests. They rudely threatened to blacklist our number and didn't care about bad feedback or us sharing our experience with Georgian relatives. Here it is. P.S. The cleaning woman’s name is Diana.
