This company manages Green Diamond apartments and they're awful. They can't handle anything properly. The office manager, Oliko Meurmishvilli, behaves like a small-time thug. She's incredibly rude and racist. It's shocking that they're still running things at Green Diamond. She yells at you and has no idea what customer service means. You pay them a management fee only to be treated horribly. Avoid buying or renting any apartment managed by them.
