I arranged for my car to be towed from Batumi to Tbilisi a month ahead because of a coolant leak. They confirmed the fee would be 700 GEL, assuring me that my car could drive onto the truck. Two days before, I called to double-check, and they reaffirmed the price as 700 GEL. The night before, I followed up as instructed, and once again, 700 GEL was confirmed. Yet moments later, they called to say no standard tow trucks were available, and the new price was 1000 GEL. They completely wrecked my plans at the last minute. Highly unprofessional and unreliable service. Avoid if you value your time.
