The library of the Sololaki district in Tbilisi is located on the first floor of a historical mansion of the second half of the 19th century, which previously belonged to the family of the Most Serene Princes of Georgia from the Bagrationi dynasty, and later to Prince I. Ratiev. It is a public library specializing in Georgian literature and serves as a cultural center for the area's residents.
