Совершенно не заслуживает даже одной звезды! Указывают в рекламе 28% годовых по кредиту, а на деле оказывается 49,5%! Это обман! Обещают пересчитать проценты при досрочном погашении, но ничего не делают! Снова обман! Прекратите вводить людей в заблуждение своей рекламой! Я ваш клиент, и очень жалею, что поверила вашим обещаниям! Обдираете как "липку"!

Avoid this place at all costs.

Безосновательное закрытие счетов. Очень плохо, ставят людей в положение, когда приходится терять значительные суммы на комиссиях за SWIFT. Все необходимые документы о средствах были предоставлены.

The place has ATMs and terminals for depositing money and making payments. There's also a cash desk, although lines can form there at times, but you can still handle cash transactions.

Сотрудничаю с этим банком уже много лет. Персонал здесь всегда вежливый и отзывчивый, что очень радует. Конечно, иногда случаются недочеты, но их оперативно исправляют и совершенствуют свою работу.

The bank employee made multiple errors when entering my account information, so now I can't initiate a wire transfer because my address isn't included in my account details. What? Now I need to fly back to the branch to fix it because they claim it can't be done remotely. Feels like the Stone Age.

Waited for two months to get a basic bank account opened in lari. Paid 50 lari for nothing, as they kept saying more time was needed. Completely wasted effort. If you're a foreigner, avoid this bank; they'll likely just take your money and not open the account.

Horrible experience. Customer support cuts calls unexpectedly, clearly avoiding solving any issues. The chat with customer support is just as unhelpful.

The service was terrible. I just needed some change from a significant sum of money. The cashier laughed right in my face and said I was "amusing her at this point." I only wanted to check what I was getting since it was a company's money, not mine. Train your staff to be more polite and to recognize who they're speaking to. I understand smiling all day is tough—I work as a waiter—but dealing with difficult customers is part of the job, and it wasn't even late in the day. I genuinely made an effort to be polite and careful with the money. I apologize if this complaint seems harsh, but it really bothered me throughout my workday. Have a nice day.

I'm really disappointed with the service here. I'm paying a lot of taxes in this country and have substantial investments, yet I can't get decent service. They close at 6 PM, which is just unacceptable. Please pay attention to your service and be considerate of regular and respectful customers' needs.
