კრედიტ ოფიცრების უცოდინრობა შოკის მომგვრელია... საბუთები რომლებიც მთხოვეს, გავუგზავნე, მაგრამ ერთ თვეზე მეტი დასჭირდათ იმის მისახვედრად, რომ ყველაფერი წესრიგში იყო🤢🤢 სამარცხვინო სიტუაციაა. ამ დროს, ოფიცერი ორჯერ გავიდა შვებულებაში🙂 ქ-ნი ნინო, შვებულებაში მაინც წიგნი წაიკითხეთ 🤮

Некомпетентные сотрудники банка — совсем не знают, как сделать перевод через IAAI. Собрались все вместе и сказали, что можно отправить с или без страховки за 20$. Когда я спросил, что такое страховка, ответили, что если платёж вернётся, то вы получите всю сумму обратно, и всё. Но это неверно — то, что они называют "страховкой", может повлиять на сумму, которую получит получатель платежа — они получили на 15$ меньше. Никто из четырёх сотрудников банка не сказал мне, что это может произойти, и, думаю, они даже не знают об этом. В итоге я сделал ещё один срочный платёж на 15$ и в этот раз застраховал с комиссией в 35$.

Чтобы получить деньги через Маниграм, мне пришлось потратить 1,5 часа. Персонал абсолютно некомпетентен, программа выдала ошибку, и мне сказали, что перевод неправилен. Прежде чем позвать менеджера, сотрудник обратился за помощью к коллегам, но и они не знали, что делать. В итоге предложили обратиться в другой банк. Все данные и код перевода у меня были. Только когда я пригрозил вызвать полицию, подошёл менеджер. Исправление программной ошибки заняло столько времени, что я потратил полтора часа на дело, которое должно было занять 5 минут. Очень удивлён, где находят таких непрофессионалов. На фотографиях зафиксировано время прихода и получение денег.

Очень красивое и уютное отделение с отдельными комнатами для переговоров. Менеджеры свободно общаются на английском. Остался очень доволен своим посещением.

The first manager lost my contract copies, and no one informed me. I only found out when I visited in person. The second manager took my email but completely ignored my messages. I discovered two weeks later that she hadn't even looked at them. Then, I was denied an account opening a week later. Amazing. Five weeks wasted.

I visited this branch to make a deposit to a governmental department. The lady at the information desk personally directed me to the right kiosk. The person who handled the transfer was very helpful and spoke fluent English. Everything went smoothly, and I left feeling satisfied with the service, with no reasons to be upset or stressed.

Quick and easy service.

This place is a nightmare :) They can shut down your accounts without any warning.

ATM-терминалы перенесли на улицу, и теперь солнце бликует на экранах, из-за чего трудно что-либо разглядеть. Хотелось бы, чтобы их оставили внутри здания.

The counters where they assist customers are covered in dust and clearly haven't been cleaned. In today's world, especially during a pandemic, this is simply unacceptable. It's unsettling to see visitors leaning on the counters and touching everything without a second thought.

Terrible customer service. Hardly anyone speaks English, and those who do are unwilling to assist. Had to pay for a service with cash, which seems really odd for a bank! Plus, the ATM had no USD, forcing me to exchange USD to GEL and then back to USD, doubling the currency exchange process! This happened while setting up a STATUS card. When I returned two days later to collect my bank card and asked about online banking, I was rushed through and told to set it up myself online with the card. It didn't work, even though I completed everything correctly! Called customer service, assuming it would be better than visiting the branch. Every time I pressed 7 to speak with someone in English, I was told they couldn't speak English and that someone would return my call in 5 or 60 minutes. No one ever called back. I've made a total of 5 calls now. I'm looking for a better bank and if I find one, I won't do any business here again.
