This was the best banking experience I had in Tbilisi. There weren't any queues, and Tako, the bank officer, was highly professional and courteous. She addressed all my questions about submitting documents for opening both personal and business accounts seamlessly. The process went smoothly. I highly recommend this branch — it's spacious and well-located.

People both visiting and working here don't seem to realize that smoking right at the entrance affects everyone inside. As a result, the whole office ends up filled with smoke.

On weekends, when the main bank branch isn't open, you need a card to get in. I used Apple Pay instead, and it worked perfectly. Can't comment on the service, as I mostly use ATMs.

Сотрудница говорила по-русски, что очень удобно, хотя ожидала, что общение будет только на английском или грузинском. Процесс оформления прошел очень быстро, и меня обо всем проинформировали. Отличный опыт 😊.

If you're unsure whether it's a cash machine or an actual location, it's definitely a branch. 🤭 The service was efficient and prompt.

The service here is excellent, among the best. However, the cashier machines are constantly out of order, especially in the evenings. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year, and despite its apparent simplicity to resolve, nothing has changed.

Этот филиал на проспекте Казбеги 12 оказался довольно удобным. Персонал вежливый и готов помочь. Обслуживание прошли быстро, что всегда приятно. Единственное, что могло быть улучшено — это оформление интерьера, он немного устарел. Но в общем, впечатления положительные.
