I came to this branch to receive a transfer from Unistream. On the first day, the staff tried to issue me a transfer, but due to technical problems it was not possible. That evening I received a notification from Unistream that the transfer was already available.

I was disappointed, since experience showed that Unistream may not respond for a month. However, the next morning, the employees of this branch found my phone number, called and informed me that I could receive a transfer. It was unexpected and very pleasant.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their attention and care!
