"Welcome to the Purista Bakery! We offer a unique experience combining traditional and modern baking art. Located in the popular Vake-Saburtalo district in Tbilisi, on Berbuki Street, our bakery is a true corner of gastronomic delight.
We strive to preserve and pass on the heritage of the Georgian culinary tradition, embodying it in our delicious bread products and pastries. At the same time, we pay special attention to modern trends and innovations in the world of baking art in order to offer you unique tastes and textures.
The operating mode of the bakery ""Purista"" is as follows:
- Monday-Saturday: from 8:00 to 20:00
- Sunday: from 9:00 to 18:00
We understand that each visitor has their own preferences and mood, so we have created an atmosphere that is suitable for various occasions. In our bakery you can enjoy a cozy and warm atmosphere, where modern style is combined with elements of classic decor. Soft shades, pleasant music and the aroma of fresh pastries create a soothing atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.
The Purista menu offers a wide selection of freshly baked bread, buns, pies, tartlets and other pastries. We work only with the best ingredients, paying special attention to the quality and taste of our products. Our team of bakers masterfully owns various cooking techniques to satisfy the most refined tastes.
In addition to pastries, we also offer a wide selection of beverages, including freshly brewed coffee, tea and refreshing drinks. You can enjoy the taste of your favorite drink together with our homemade sweets.
Purista also offers a pre-order service for special events and holidays. If you are planning to organize a party, a business event or just want to please your loved ones with fresh and delicious pastries, we will be happy to help you with the selection and preparation of the order.

Прекрасное место для покупки хлеба! Хлеб всегда радует свежестью, особенно понравился сорт "Везувий". Здесь очень уютно, и сотрудники всегда готовы помочь с выбором. Очень ценю, что можно купить настоящий немецкий хлеб, который на вкус напоминает аналогичный из Европы. Если вы цените качественные продукты и натуральные ингредиенты, это точно стоит посетить!
