The van to Akhaltsikhe leaves from here. Just ask around, and people will direct you to the right one. Look for the van with Akhaltsikhe written in English on the front. The ticket costs 15 lari, and the money is collected before departure. There were plenty of free seats since it wasn't full.

카즈베기 가는 버스를 여기서는 찾지 마세요. 여기서는 승용차만 운행되고 가격은 40라리입니다. 길 건너편의 과일가게를 지나 골목으로 들어가면 다른 정류장이 있어, 거기서는 카즈베기 버스를 1인당 15라리에 이용할 수 있습니다. 꼭 버스로 가길 원하신다면, 약 100미터 곧장 길 건너편으로 가세요.

Do not ever ride with the DH421DH marshrutka. The driver is incredibly rude and drives recklessly, as if he has a death wish. Despite that, he somehow ends up being two hours late to the destination because he stops every ten minutes for deliveries. Steer clear unless you’re looking to ship something illegal across the country—in that case, he’s your man.

Unwelcoming atmosphere, lack of signs, and buses to Gudauri are twice as expensive compared to the nearby station.

The place is a bit chaotic, but somehow everything functions smoothly. If you can't spot a van to your desired location, just ask around and someone will assist you. I've even been guided a couple of times because I'm the confused foreigner who doesn't quite get what's happening.
