    Unfortunately, my recent visit to their Lexus center was quite unpleasant. I went to buy a car that I really liked, but the interaction with the representative was entirely unsatisfactory, and I didn't get enough information about the car. Twice I asked for details about the car to be sent to me, and they promised to provide everything, but I haven't received anything to this day. I left the center feeling very disappointed. Later, I went to the Mercedes center and purchased a car there. Their high-quality service greatly influenced my decision. They provided full information about the car, let me take a test drive, and made the purchasing process simple and enjoyable. Unfortunately, none of these conditions were met by Lexus. I would love to share detailed feedback about the experience at your center to help improve the service.
