Car service centers "Toyota Center Tbilisi"

I've been to many Toyota centers in places like Iraq, Jordan, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, and this one in Tbilisi is the worst. It doesn't feel official, more like a fake dealership. The staff don't care about customers at all—they just chat among themselves while people wait. The mechanics seem incompetent, like they only know how to change engine oil. I needed them to replace the engine oil temperature sensor, which should be done with the oil and filter change, but they wanted me to go to another garage for the sensor. This was impossible because reaching the old sensor requires removing the filter, which means they would ruin the new oil filter and waste the new oil. Then they'd expect me to return to replace the filter and add more oil, all while driving without it. It's absurd how clueless they are, and they couldn't even explain their plan. It was quicker and easier for me to buy the oil and do it myself. I'm baffled that Toyota operates this center without addressing these issues.

I reached out twice asking for the used car salesperson to get in touch because I'm interested in buying a car. No one has gotten back to me.

The service is top-notch. You need to book in advance, but it's worth it. I also purchased a car there. Just went in, made the payment, and left with the car fully registered and with plates. Incredible experience.
