The bathrooms have water leaks and require maintenance, but the view is great.

The host, Marina, was incredibly responsive and supportive whenever we needed assistance. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of old Tbilisi, making it very convenient to reach restaurants and other attractions in the city.

These accommodations are perfect for families because of their great location. There's plenty of parking, and everything you need is just a short walk away.

This place is fantastic! We had an amazing time, and the location is perfect, with many great spots nearby. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We highly recommend staying here!

المكان رائع، قريب من كل الخدمات. الشقق فسيحة ونظيفة. نظام التكييف فيها ممتاز. تحتوي على جميع الأجهزة الكهربائية مثل الثلاجة والغسالة والميكروويف، وهناك أدوات للطبخ. العيب الوحيد هو أن الذي يحمل الكثير من الحقائب سيجد صعوبة حيث لا يوجد مصعد إلا بعد صعود نصف السلالم، حيث يكون المصعد ملحقًا بالمبنى.

انتبهو. سخان الماء كان معطلًا، وعندما حاولنا التواصل مع المسؤول، تم اتهامنا بأننا السبب في تعطله. لا يوجد استقبال والخدمة كانت سيئة، وكذلك التعامل. لا أنصح بهذا المكان أبدًا.

Terrible service. We couldn't take a shower because the water heater was broken, and they blamed us for breaking it. The heater was really old, and we informed Mari (the manager) that we hadn't touched it, but she kept insisting we were at fault. I definitely do not recommend staying here. The apartment's equipment is very old, so if something stops working or breaks, they will immediately accuse you. Be careful!

الموقع رائع، لكن لا يوجد استقبال ولا أحد يساعدك في حمل الأمتعة. المصعد قديم ويبدأ من الطابق الثاني، والحمام صغير جداً.

Отличные апартаменты, очень чисто и аккуратно. Пробыли там 3 ночи, цена приемлемая. Владелец и управляющий были очень отзывчивыми, каждый день наводили порядок в квартире. Особенно рекомендую семьям с детьми. В шаговой доступности находятся Макдональдс, супермаркет, индийские рестораны, кафе и грузинские рестораны.

I genuinely appreciate the warmth and kindness extended to us during our stay. Everything was excellent, and your attention to guests truly stood out. I had a wonderful time relaxing and felt genuinely happy. My daughter got married in Georgia, and your staff graciously assisted with the wedding celebration. I am incredibly thankful from the bottom of my heart.
