    המקום קטן ונוח, ממוקם בלב העיר. למרות המרכזיות, אין הרבה רעש מסביב. בבית יש כמה בעיות קלות עם השירותים והמקלחת, אבל באופן כללי זה מקום טוב. אין הרבה אטרקציות במרחק הליכה מלבד מבנים ישנים בטביליסי. עם זאת, יש מסעדות טובות באזור אם פונים לכיוון הנהר.

    Побывав в начале августа, остались довольны удобством расположения — центр Тбилиси, рядом закрытый двор и личная парковка. В апартаментах чистота, есть все нужные вещи, что делает их похожими на собственную квартиру. Анна и Георгий, владельцы, очень милые и дружелюбные. Всегда готовы помочь, улучшить впечатление от проживания и создать комфорт. Рекомендую без сомнений! Хочется вернуться именно сюда и порекомендовать друзьям. Соотношение цена-качество на высоте!

    Арендовали трехкомнатные апартаменты на пару ночей в августе 2017 года. Остались довольны: отличное местоположение, чистота, приятная хозяева и нашлось место для парковки большой машины. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым для готовки. Получили ключи быстро, рядом множество магазинов. Большие достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Благодарим владельцев за сервис!
