Apartment "Opera Rustaveli"

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were so kind and accommodating, always polite and friendly. They provided great tips on places to visit, which really enhanced my trip. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, clean bed sheets and pillowcases, an electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, and even a washing machine. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Liberty Square and right next to the opera/theatre center. There were plenty of cool cafes and vintage shops across the street to explore. Rustaveli Street is great for soaking in the city’s atmosphere, and despite being near a busy area, it was completely quiet at night, so I slept peacefully. The sofa beds were very comfortable and fit two adults without any trouble. The bathroom and shower were clean and newly renovated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Wonderful flat in the heart of the city.

The apartment was spotless, and the location couldn't be better—right near the old town with everything you need within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and supportive, possibly the best in Tbilisi. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Tbilisi and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are spacious with very high ceilings, over 4 meters. Unfortunately, these are the only positive aspects. The room decor and facilities are dreadful. Only one electric outlet functions properly, and there are unsafe electric wires all over the place. The hotel restaurant was not in operation.

Приключилась интересная история. Прилетел, искал отель через booking. Выбрал один на улице Руставели. Пришел, а там говорят, что мой номер за 40 лари уже занят и предлагают другой за 100. Я, естественно, отказался, даже не глядя на номер. Менеджер, какой-то неуверенный в себе турок, стал рассказывать, что цена не от него зависит, и сделал скидку до 80. Мне это не подошло — платить столько за одну ночь, когда я один. Остановились на 70, хотя было уже поздно, и я устал после перелетов. В итоге решил заплатить. Когда дело дошло до оплаты картой, он сказал, что будет еще +5 лари, то есть итого 75. Я возразил, и он, будто испугавшись, все-таки пробил чек на 70. Не рекомендую останавливаться тут. Цена высокая, а качество ужасное. Телевизор и розетки не работают, утром в постели нашел жуков. Бегу в Москву, чтобы продезифицироваться.

Never stay at this place, it's an absolute nightmare.

Расположение — лучше не придумаешь! Все основные достопримечательности рядом, можно дойти пешком. Хозяин апартаментов очень дружелюбный. Встретила нас, показала, что где находится, и объяснила, как добраться в любую точку города. Квартира светлая и чистая, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Мы остались довольны!
