Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Расположение замечательное, недалеко от Оперы, но дорога идёт в гору. Хозяин доступен и очень дружелюбен. Комната просторная, с большой и удобной кроватью. Есть кондиционер. Единственный минус — сложно найти и подъём крутой.

The accommodation is excellent: modern apartments with new furnishings, spacious layout, close to many city attractions, and a lovely terrace. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The place is situated in a densely built, hilly area of the old town, which can be a bit tiring in summer. Expect some noise, both from other residents and dogs.

Это лучшие апартаменты с точки зрения цена-качество, которые я когда-либо встречал. Все в них продумано до деталей, даже посудомойка есть. Мебель стильная, ремонт свежий, атмосфера очень уютная. Кровать удобная. В прачечной установлены две стиральные машины на 7 кг, отпадает необходимость ждать своей очереди. С террасы открывается великолепный вид на город — это просто восторг! Локация превосходная, прямо в центре, до метро не более 10 минут пешком. Владелец очень вежливый и внимательный.

Great apartments with a fantastic terrace offering a stunning view of the city. Everything was spotless. The studio was well-equipped with all the essentials for living. Highly recommended!

The apartment is incredibly cozy and comfortable. I stayed for a month and truly enjoyed my time there. It has everything you need for a long stay. The space is very comfortable and well-equipped. The terrace and its view are amazing—perfect for working or simply taking in the city sights. The host was always quick to assist and constantly available. Very kind and ready to help. It felt like home. It was a joy to stay there, and I’m sure I'll return.

On the first day, the host abruptly demanded that I leave the place without any justification. I had paid a portion of the rent as we had agreed, but he aggressively insisted on the full amount. He was intoxicated and even attempted to hit me. This is not a safe place at all; be cautious. I have video evidence.

The terrace is a huge plus, offering a delightful spot to relax. We truly felt at home. The hosts are very attentive and always ready to assist promptly. We will definitely return.

Замечательные и ухоженные апартаменты в тихом районе! Все ключевые достопримечательности находятся на расстоянии прогулки. Живем здесь больше недели, и все устраивает. Приятная терраса с видом на город отлично подходит для отдыха и работы. Владельцы всегда готовы помочь и очень отзывчивы.
