Thank you for your suggestion about having a phone call. We’d like to clarify that our team prefers to communicate exclusively in writing. This is due to several reasons:

  1. Efficiency and Transparency
    Written communication allows us to document the entire interaction history, which eliminates misunderstandings and discrepancies. Experience shows that during verbal communication, situations may arise where one party denies saying certain things.
  2. Information Sharing
    Written correspondence makes it easier for any member of our team to transfer the full history of communication to another team member, ensuring continuity.
  3. Recording Conversations
    We are not authorized to record phone calls, and without this, it is challenging to maintain an accurate account of all discussed details.

Additionally, we would like to note that most of our communication is conducted in Georgian, as it is the official language of our country. However, we are also open to communicating in other languages, including Russian, English, and even Chinese, to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
