Road safety training "HED ACADEMY"

Since its founding in 1991, HED ACADEMY Rustavi has been committed to creating a culture of road safety by ensuring that all organizations operate within the framework of sustainable development principles. The HED Academy operates with the support of a team of 60 experts working in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

HED ACADEMY works closely with government agencies, universities, non-governmental organizations and the private sector, striving to leave lasting value today and tomorrow. The Academy provides specialized consulting services to companies carrying out commercial activities on the roads to ensure their effectiveness without causing harm to humans, the environment and other living beings.

HED ACADEMY's consulting services include the development and implementation of management systems to achieve zero traffic accident goals, implementation of an ISO 39001 road safety management system and advice on health and safety issues in corporate culture.

The main goal of HED ACADEMY's activities in teaching safe driving is to ensure the safe movement of all road users and prevent road accidents. The Academy develops specialized training modules and delivers them with a team of experts, having national and international accreditations from authorities in the field of road safety.

Since 2015, HED ACADEMY is a private defensive driving course of the Ministry of National Education and has the official mandate to provide defensive driving training approved by the Turkish Motor Sports Federation. Since 2002, the academy has represented the German Road Safety Council in Turkey, supporting the VisionZero philosophy and collaborating with more than 200 members, including transport ministries, insurance companies and car manufacturers.
