Tsromi Church is a pearl of the early Middle Ages, nested in the picturesque expanses of Shida Kartli, the village of Tsromi, under the protection of the Khashuri municipality. Its history extends from 626 to 634, but its roots go even deeper, to the 4th century. This sacred site has witnessed many historical events, including the martyrdom of Raiden in 457.

The cross-domed structure on a three-stage plinth, with a majestic dome supported by four separate standing mouths, amazes with its magnificence.
