Zviad Gamsakhurdia Museum

Zviad Gamsakhurdia Museum, located at st. Rustaveli, 79, in the Zugdidi Municipality, was founded in 2017 and operates as a non-profit institution under the jurisdiction of the Zugdidi Municipality "Local Museum Management Center". This memorial museum is dedicated to the memory of Zviad Gamsakhurdia and its collection contains many memorial items, including books, photographs and other artifacts related to the life and work of this outstanding Georgian figure. Open to visitors every day, except Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00. It is important to note that entry to the museum is free for all visitors. Free access is provided to children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (with an ID card), as well as people with disabilities (with a valid ID card) and refugees.
