In the village of Eki, in the Municipality of Senaki, there is a unique Teopane Davitaya House Museum, founded in 1986. This museum is a non-profit institution and is supported by the Center for Student Youth and Culture of the Municipality of Senaki. The museum has a memorial profile dedicated to the outstanding Georgian scientist, geographer, agrometeorologist and climatologist Theopan Davitai (1911-1981). The museum's collection includes 432 items, including memorial items, manuscripts, correspondence, photographs and much more that belonged to this outstanding person. Open daily, except Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00. Visiting the museum is absolutely free. Free entry is provided to children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (ID card holders), as well as people with disabilities upon presentation of a valid ID, and refugees.
