The house-museum of Solomon Tsaishvili is located in the village of Urta, Zugdidi Municipality. Opened in 1985, this museum is a non-profit institution owned by the Municipality of Zugdidi through the “Local Center for Museum Management”. Its main profile is memorial. The museum's collection contains memorial items, books and photographs. Open to the public every day, except Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00. Entry is free for all visitors. However, there are a number of categories that can also enter for free: children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members with appropriate cards, people with disabilities (on presentation of an identity card) and refugees.
