Simon Chikovani House Museum

The Simon Chikovani House-Museum is a place where the legacy of the outstanding poet and public figure is preserved. It is located in the village of Naesakovo, in the Abashi municipality and was founded in 2013. This museum is a memorial space where the poet’s personal belongings, his manuscripts, photographs, editions of his works, as well as paintings and sculptures related to his life and work are collected. Open daily except Mondays from 11:00 to 18:00. Entry is absolutely free for all visitors. In addition, children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (with presentation of a card and ID), as well as people with disabilities with supporting documents, and refugees are exempt from paying the ticket.
