Sokar/Black Sea Terminal LLC, managed by the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), began its operations on May 16, 2008. The terminal, located in the Kulevsky port, specializes in the transshipment of hydrocarbons and petrochemical products with an annual capacity of up to 10 million tons.
The terminal's main services include the receipt of hydrocarbons and petrochemical products by rail, transshipment into tanks, storage, and transshipment to and from sea vessels.
