Lajanur reservoir - turquoise expanse of Racha

Lajanur Reservoir is one of the most picturesque places in Racha, created on the Lajanur River. The reservoir appeared thanks to the construction of a hydroelectric power station and has become not only an important energy facility, but also a popular place for recreation.

Surrounded by mountains and dense forests, the reservoir is distinguished by the turquoise hue of its water and silence, which attracts tourists in search of peace. Here you can have a picnic, go fishing or just enjoy the views.

It is easy to get here by car - the road leads through the picturesque gorges of Racha. The place looks especially beautiful in spring and autumn, when nature is painted in bright colors.
