В это место хочется вернуться, как только переступаешь порог: древние стены, пропитанные историей. Монашеский хор вносит нотки умиротворения, будто песня души. Фрески словно оживают на глазах, рассказывая свои тайны. Неожиданный бонус — маленькие иконки с молитвами. Напротив обнаружился винный магазин, но, увы, напиток не поразил. Но это не омрачает впечатления от посещения. Очень рекомендую заглянуть!

Монастырь 11 века. Внутри сохранились аутентичные фрески. Очень душевное место! Были в воскресенье. Шла служба. Перед службой монахи пели псалмы. Душе стало светло и легко! Перед службой справа от аналоя есть проход и небольшое помещение, где всем желающим раздавали две иконки. На одной на грузинском напечатанные молитвы.
Напротив монастыря находится винный магазин. Однако, вино там не очень хорошего качества - делается по европейской технологии - из отжатого на второй день от мезги винограда - а, значит, без танина - вкус так себе. Хотя цены низкие. Кафе не посещали - цены высоковаты...
