Vazis Xidi Winery with Qvevri Wines and Tastings in Geguti, Imereti

Vazis Xidi is a winery in the village of Geguti, Imereti region, where the ancient tradition of Georgian qvevri wine is embodied in each bottle. Here, natural wines are created from the Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Krakhuna varieties, as well as rare representatives of Western Georgia: Otskhanuri Sapere, Tsolikouri and Ojaleshi.

Each wine is made by hand - from harvesting to aging in qvevris buried underground. Guests can take part in a tasting, walk through the cellar, try Pet Nat and enjoy a signature lunch combining traditional recipes with creative presentation. Vazis Xidi is not just wine, it is an introduction to the philosophy of taste, land and time.
