Nikoladzeebi Family Winery in Nakhshirgele Village, Imereti

Nikoladzeebi's Wine Cellar is a family-run winery in the village of Nakhshirgele, Imereti. Its founder, Ramaz Nikoladze, was one of the first winemakers in the region to use an organic approach and the ancient qvevri technology to work with local grape varieties.

Here, authentic wines from Tsitska, Tsolikauri and Aladasturi are born - with minimal intervention, gentle fermentation and an emphasis on the character of the terroir. Production volumes are small, but each bottle is the result of manual labor and a philosophy of pure wine. The winery is open for tastings and receives guests by appointment.
