Nakashidze Family Historical-Ethnographic Museum

Historical and Ethnographic Museum of the Nakashidze Family, located in the Baghdati Municipality at the address: st. Javakhishvili, 17, Baghdati, was founded in 1992. This private museum with a historical profile is a unique place where 395 valuable exhibits are stored. The museum's collection includes archaeological and ethnographic materials, military and defensive weapons, as well as traditional Georgian clothing. In addition, the museum is proud of its rich enoteca. It is also part of the Wine Road route, offering visitors not only an immersion in history, but also the opportunity to enjoy a glass of chacha or wine offered in the museum's cellar. The museum is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. The ticket price is 15 GEL. However, children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members with a valid ID card, as well as people with disabilities (with a valid ID) and refugees can enter the museum for free.
