Ethnographic Museum in the village of Kveda Makhuntseti

The museum, founded in 2014, is a unique space in which you can immerse yourself in the rich ethnographic heritage of this region. In the museum you will find valuable ethnographic materials, ceramics, ancient household items and tools that will tell you about the traditions and customs of this land.
We are open to the public every day from 10:00 to 18:00, and what’s especially great is that admission to the museum is absolutely free. We provide free entry for children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (presenting a card with ID), people with disabilities (with a valid ID) and refugees.
The museum in the village of Kveda Makhuntseti is an important cultural center preserving and transmitting the rich heritage of this region.
