🏡 Guest House Gardenia: comfortable as home, but the owner is 'on call' via cameras
Guest House "Gardenia" is a cozy and well-thought-out place to stay in Tskaltubo, especially if you are traveling with your family or a small group. The guest house is located on a quiet dead-end street, away from the city noise, and is ideal for those who value peace, space and the ability to cook for themselves.
What we liked
✅ Two spacious two-story houses: each floor is rented out entirely - this is convenient for companies or families.
✅ Own kitchen and 2 bathrooms on each floor: comfortable zoning and the ability to cook food without restrictions.
✅ Own parking on the territory: convenient for travelers by car.
✅ BBQ area: large, equipped, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
✅ Quiet location: the house is on a dead-end street, there is no extraneous noise - only birds singing.
✅ Free Wi-Fi: good signal, works stably throughout the territory.
✅ Surveillance cameras: guests' safety is ensured by video surveillance.
What can be improved
⚠️ Personal presence of the owner upon check-in: upon arrival, we were met remotely, through cameras, which may seem a bit uncomfortable to some guests. It would be better if the owner personally met the guests or warned them in advance about remote check-in.
Recommendations for guests
💡 A great choice for families, couples and groups of friends - calm, safe and everything is thought out for independent recreation.
💡 Check in advance the check-in format - if personal communication with the owner is important, it is worth discussing this.
💡 Don't forget to bring everything you need for a barbecue - the area is spacious and conducive to a cozy evening in the fresh air.
Recommendations for owners
⚙️ Warn guests in advance about remote check-in - this will remove possible questions and make the meeting more friendly.
⚙️ Consider adding a welcome sign at the entrance or a mini-guide to check-in to compensate for the lack of a meeting.
Quiet, clean, comfortable, with a barbecue area and a kitchen. But when checking in, the owner 'led' us through the cells - it will suit some, but will seem strange to others.
