The 12th century Svan Tower Museum of the Niguriani family in Mestia is a unique historical and cultural site located in the heart of the Georgian region of Svaneti. This place is one of the few surviving examples of medieval architecture, providing an opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of the 12th century and get acquainted with the life and traditions of the Niguriani family.

Visitors can explore the residential complex, which dates back to 1200, and see authentic items from the period. One of the main features of the museum is the opportunity to climb to the very top of the tower, from where you can enjoy picturesque views of Mestia and the nearby Tetnuldi mountain peak. The tour includes a history of the site and family heirlooms, providing insight into the region's cultural heritage.

In addition to the historical aspect, a truly hospitable atmosphere is created here, typical of Georgia. Visitors can be treated to homemade chacha, puri and lard, as well as purchase the famous Svan salt.

The museum is open to everyone for an entrance ticket of 5 GEL per person. This place will be of interest to both history and culture lovers and those who value authentic experiences and picturesque views.
