Guest house "Nana"

The experience was entirely unlike the reviews. We even had to double-check if we were in the right place. Upon arrival, there was a group of men who didn't bother to greet us. A young man showed us to our room, and that was the extent of the interaction. No tour of the facilities, no explanation about the toilets or kitchen. Although we were able to do laundry for free, and the young man, who was our only contact, brought us a heater, we felt very unwelcome. The owners didn't greet us when we saw them, they just ignored us.

When we tried to use the kitchen to cook, the owners, dining with others, seemed irritated by our request. They told us that the kitchen wasn't clean and instructed us to use a small outdoor stove instead. There were no chairs or tables, and not wanting to eat outside, we had to go to town for food. During the night, there was a lot of noise from people downstairs (the owners perhaps?), making it difficult to sleep. We felt very uncomfortable, especially as women. In the morning, there was no water. Nobody cared about our departure, so we had to leave the money with a woman who happened to pass by. I absolutely do not recommend this place and can't understand why others had different experiences. I think at the end of the season, the guest house no longer wishes to host tourists. However, the view from the balcony is quite lovely.

Расположен немного в гору от центра, где находятся все кафе, такси и рестораны. Комнаты здесь чистые и удобные, а семья очень милая. Мы отлично провели время!

Отдых в этом месте — как глоток свежего воздуха. Спокойная домашняя обстановка и невероятная доброжелательность людей создают удивительное ощущение, что тебе здесь всегда рады. Отличные комнаты и вид на горы — просто сказка!

Wonderful experience, highly recommended for a few days in Mestia! The hosts are truly amazing and very welcoming.

Wonderful people, wonderful spot, delicious food, and an amazing view. Thank you, Nana and family.

Three of us stayed here for three nights. Lovely place. There's a big balcony with a mountain view and a hammock. Free coffee and tea are available. No Wi-Fi, and the owners don't speak English, but they were very kind and did their best to assist us.

The family was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was tasty. The rooms were spotless. Nana spoke excellent English and assisted us with everything we needed. She also helped organize our trips and bus arrangements.
